Collaborative Coaching can help both individuals and couples.
The principles of Collaborative Coaching rest on the fact that as individuals, you have your own challenges and needs. For couples, you may struggle to create a life where individual values and needs not only fit, but thrive in relationship to your partner. While we all face a similar human experience - wanting to see and be seen, be heard and understood, and flourish in our relationships - the course that we each chart is like our fingerprint. It's unique to each of us. |
If you want to create the life you desire, you need to do that with the support of someone who encourages you to find your own authentic way of moving through the world.
You need a solid, professional partner in your journey who can validate your experience, help you find tools that are tailored to your specific needs as an individual, and (when necessary) call you on your bullshit.
Collaborative coaching focuses less on the specific outcome: I want a happy life! - and more on the process: what do I need and who do I want to be every day in order to create a happy life? Through the course of working together, I get to know you and hold space for you to be authentically yourself (even, and especially, the things you don't like or are ashamed of).
Through mutual trust, we unwind anything that isn't helping you thrive. That may look like outdated coping mechanisms, inherited thought patterns from family and caregivers, and even physical conditions such as leaky gut, hormone imbalances, or previous exposure to environmental toxins (we can loop in Functional Medicine* for that, you can find more about those details here). *Additional fees may apply for functional medicine testing |
